    Ini pengalaman sendiri..mase ke KB baru-baru ni..saya booking thru one website..then macam biasa lah, dapat booking confirmation thru email bagai.

    Tapi bile tibe tempat nak check in, kene owner pulak yg cek in kan..oohhh lupe nak bgtau, i ols booking service apartment. Ok la fine, since mane ade kaunter check in kt lobby kan..cumenya mase booking tu, letak la info ckit..kene self check in..call the hotel no dulu ke..barulah customer noted. Call call mase tu tak berjawab pulak..sampai i lodge complain dekat website..hahaha

    Akhirnya dapat la kami check in..selepas sejam menunggu..ini belom kire keadaan bilik lagi. Haishhhh..memang tak memuaskan

    adoi..seksa kalo kena macam ni. kalo kena tengah malam lagi horor..harap diorang boleh improve service pada masa akan datang

      Need to include notification or remarks when they sent the confirmation slip..then issue settled.

        Oh ye...alahai mmg troublesome sungguh..hopefully ade improvement la lepas dpt complaint tu..pernah gak alami camtu. mmg dissapointed and annoying.

          Yezza ..kite of kos travel jauh..next time will plan accordingly..banyak lagi homestay, cume kami lewat buaat booking..

          My wife siap mop balik satu rumah sebab tak memuaskan..lantai dapur berminyak u ols..

            Tulah selalu kena macam ni kalua yang jenis Homestay dan Rental apartment thru apps, kalau homestay / apartment tu disarankan call no owner rumah tu sendiri sebelum pergi .. banyak juga kes double booking atau bila yang kita reserved dah tak ada

                Kalau kes kes macam ni kita boleh minta refund ke ? or ada apa-apa kerugian yang kita boleh claim ..patut bolehlah kan ....rugi masa dan tenaga .... haish ni kalau kat negara luar dh bawa ke balai polis ... huhhu
